It would be hard for me to recommend this EP more highly; the idea is very novel and intriguing, and the music lends itself to the concept quite well. A feeling of mysticism and rage manifests itself throughout, evoking the imagery perfectly. It's not easy to pick any one song as a favorite, considering how solid every track is. The opening track, though, is a great demonstration of what they're all about and contains what I consider the most memorable melody on the album. Catchy stuff.

Wallfahrer debut was a clear statement of intent and their second release, Rattenritual doesn't disappoint. your taken on a dark emotional journey with plenty of nods to traditional black metal added with stunning melodic moments.

This album made me go back to their previous releases. Holy hell, all their discography is amazing! Now I think that is one of the best Russian Bands.
